How far in advance should I book my decoration?
To guarantee availability for your specific theme and date, we recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance. However, we know party planning can be last-minute! Feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate “rush” requests if our schedule allows..
Is a deposit required to secure my date?
Yes. To officially reserve your date and theme, a non-refundable $50 security deposit is required. This deposit is applied toward your total balance, with the remainder due upon delivery or pickup.
Do you offer delivery and setup across the GTA?
Absolutely! We provide professional delivery, setup, and teardown services throughout Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our Etobicoke hub (401/Islington).
Can I pick up the rental items myself?
Yes! If you prefer to save on delivery fees, you can pick up most backdrop and plinth sets directly from our Etobicoke location. Please ensure you have a vehicle large enough to transport a 6.5ft round frame (most SUVs with fold-down seats work perfectly).
What is your policy for outdoor events?
We love outdoor parties! However, for the safety of our equipment and the best look for your balloons, we require a flat, level surface and a setup area protected from high winds. In the case of heavy rain, we will work with you to move the setup indoors or reschedule.
Can I customize the colors of the balloon garlands?
Definitely. While our signature packages come with theme-matching colors (like pink/black for Messi or red/blue for Spiderman), we are happy to swap colors to match your specific vision at no extra cost.
